Return & Order Policy – 

Because our collections are carefully curated and cut specifically for each drop, all orders placed with The Fabric Drop are considered final once submitted.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed, modified, or canceled. Our fulfillment process begins quickly after checkout, and inventory is allocated immediately for each order. For this reason, we are unable to adjust purchase selections after the order has been completed.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final unless an incorrect item was shipped. Because our fabrics are cut specifically for each bundle and drop release, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If we have made an error and sent the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.

 

Shipping & Carrier Responsibility

Once your order has been shipped and accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier. While we cannot guarantee delivery once a package has been handed off to USPS, we will gladly assist in opening a claim and helping locate a missing shipment.

Product Condition

Fabrics that have been cut, washed, altered, or otherwise modified after delivery are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
